Story
Macarthur Disability Services (MDS) is a dynamic and innovative not-for-profit community organisation which has been serving the community for 30 years. MDS provides a range of services for people with a disability, their families and carers. MDS provides services in the Liverpool, Macarthur and Southern Highlands areas, and also has service sites from Mt Pritchard to Moss Vale. We provide programs to people with a wide range of disabilities. This includes intellectual, physical, sensory, neurological disabilities and those living with mental illness. We also have specific programs to support carers. MDS assists over 1,000 children and adults with disabilities, their families and carers every week through our day and recreation programs, employment and behaviour support services. MDS is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and provides a variety of Certificate and Diploma courses and other nationally recognised qualifications.
